Our

Story

Laying the foundations

Flashback to 2015: our co-founders were volunteers with a charity providing medical care to rough sleepers in London. While many service users came for treatment, so many more came for a chat. Our mobile medical van had become their refuge for emotional support and connection.

From the streets to rented function rooms, as our small group grew into a friendly community space, we needed funding to develop further. And the best way to do that? Create our own social enterprise. Enter House of Cinn, a ‘bakery for good’. (If you're going to start a social enterprise, you've got to make it fun, right?)

Our

Social

Mission

Helping People Rise from Homelessness

At House of Cinn, we're all about creating places of hope, resilience and belonging for anyone who has lost their home, or is vulnerable to losing their home. Our work alongside UK charities builds inclusive communities that make sure no one faces homelessness alone.

A house is more than

bricks and mortar.

It’s the people in it too and for that reason, there’s often no place like home.

So when you’re facing housing insecurity, things can feel pretty lonely.
